I offer one free change order or redo if you are not happy with what I have recorded. The best way to communicate this is to give me examples of bands, songs and guitar tones that you would like to hear on your song. For example: “I like the guitar tone on Mary Jane by Tom Petty.” This helps me to understand what you’re after.

Can I send a stereo mix of my song for you to record the guitar tracks?

I prefer the tracks to be broken into separate audio stems. For instance, a stereo drum track, a separate bass track, a separate keyboard track, a separate vocal track, etc. It’s important for me to be able to boost or pull back instruments in the mix as I record the guitar tracks to get the best feel for how the song is going to work as a whole.

If you only have access to a stereo mix, I can still record guitar tracks but it’s not an optimal situation.
